At DJ-Software we pride ourselves on the level of support we provide our customers.
We provide computer help for you no matter how trivial or serious your problem is.
To that end, we use a program called TeamViewer.
It provides a safe and secure way for remote access to your computer.
A support session is initiated by you and no software is permanently installed on your computer.
The blue image below is a link to a single file that needs to be downloaded to your computer (The desktop is best, as it is then easy to find later!)
This download is only around 4 Meg in size, so should download in 2-3 minutes.
Instructions:
- Right Click the TeamViewer Download image below and select ‘Save link as…’ if you browser is Firefox or Chrome – if you use Internet Explorer select ’Save target as…’.
- When the ‘Save As’ dialog window appears, choose your ‘Desktop’ in the left pane as the location & click ‘Save’
- After the file has finished downloading, it should appear on your desktop.
- Run it and the small window you see below will appear – phone or email the 9 digit ID
(Note: After the ID has been provided the program needs to stay running!)
